So most people visiting this forum are here because they got conned out of their money on a Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaign.
There's a lot of talk on the comments sections about what could happen if an attorney gets involved, and petitions signed, etc. But Harold and Dimitri don't seem to be taking this seriously. This could be because they just don't care, or because they know/think that this kind of action cannot reach them in their current country of residence.
I think the best way to have our voices heard is to actively use social media to ensure that everyone who ever searches for information about these people will unearth the truth..
First step:
List all sites where Harold and Dimitri have web presences.
This includes G+, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Online store listings, news stories. With a bit of digging, we could even find Usernames they have used in the past, and in turn find boards/threads where they have posted before.
Second step:
Create a "Contacts" thread listing all the links, with a short description on how people can use each one to voice their concerns/frustrations.
Third step: Spread the word
Upload the thread link to all campaigns where smartmaker/Harold/Indiegogo have been involved.
Also upload a link to each of the URL's mentioned in the thread itself, so that they can easily be found.
These guys have made a lot of peoples lives miserable. I think it's time we made their lives miserable right back.
What do you guys think? Have I missed out anything? Do you have ideas for how this sort of thing can be done any better in order for our voices to be heard?
